TEMPORARY MOBILITY FOR BOXES

Built around the last mile.
Designed around people.

The box moves.
You move forward.

Turn a box into a rolling load. Add powered assistance when you need it. Keep the motor for the next delivery.

One box. A new way to move.

Concept visualization of a cardboard box with orange consumable wheels and a motor module underneath
ClickRolly concept. Final geometry will be established through prototyping.

The wheel stays with the box.

The motor stays with you.

How it works

FROM BOX TO MOTION

The change starts
underneath.

Four consumable wheels. One motor you keep.

Drag to rotate · Arrow keys to explore

The box arrives at the assembly point. The operator decides whether the move calls for the system.

Concept representation, not to scale. Single-use wheels and anchors; reusable motor. Materials, assembly and operation await validation.

EVERYDAY LIFE WITH ClickRolly

Less burden.
More ground covered.

Two scenes to imagine how the final stretch could change.

THE FINAL STRETCH MATTERS

Some boxes
call for wheels.

From vehicle to doorstep. From stockroom to counter. From shop to car.

ClickRolly is designed for occasional moves where weight and bulk make the journey harder. The operator decides when to fit it, based on the box and operating conditions.

Mobility on demand, one box at a time.

THE ClickRolly SYSTEM

Two service lives.
One shared movement.

A single-use component and reusable technology meet at one coupling: B1.

Wheel + anchor

CONSUMABLE

The tip makes an opening.

Manual pressure pushes the tapered shaft through the cardboard. The retainer enters in its folded position.

Wheel and anchor form a single-use consumable. They do not need to be returned or stored for reuse.

A telescopic arm connects the wheels to the module. Its central wheel provides the main traction; a Bluetooth remote controls movement.

B1

The connection that separates what is used with each box from what is reused on the next one.

Fit the wheels.
Move the box.

For routes where the load can be pushed directly. The wheels are designed to roll forwards and backwards on a fixed axle.

BUILD ON EVIDENCE

A clear vision.
The next step is testing it.

ClickRolly is at the advanced-concept stage. We are looking for conversations that bring the design closer to real operations.

DOCUMENTED FOUNDATION

Concept and architecture

Mechanism, use sequence, concept drawings and separation of consumable and reusable module.

NEXT STAGE

Prototype and testing

Validate anchoring, cardboard strength, steering and operating conditions.

LATER DEVELOPMENT

Pilots and manufacturing

Assess usefulness with operators and define materials, costs and manufacturing.

Installation and load targets still require physical validation. Material and end-of-life treatment remain to be defined.

Two draft patent applications exist. They are not presented as granted patents or filed applications.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Before we
get rolling.

Is it available to buy?

It is still in concept development. The current goal is to build and validate a working prototype, then assess pilots with operators and partners.

Does the box need preparation?

The design envisages installation without pre-made holes or tools. The tip does pierce the cardboard. Each box type’s strength and available internal clearance must be validated to protect its contents.

Does it work with any weight or surface?

That compatibility has not been demonstrated. The S, M and L variants target up to 20, 50 and 70 kg per configuration. Cardboard, load distribution, slopes and obstacles require testing. Stair climbing is not promised.

What is reused, and what happens to the wheels?

The motor and remote are designed for reuse between boxes. The wheel is conceived as a single-use consumable. Material, removal and end-of-life treatment must be established before claiming biodegradability or recyclability.

What is the proposed business model?

Recurring wheel sales and sales of the reusable motor module, with potential B2B agreements. Pricing, unit costs and fleet terms have not yet been defined.
